A serial entrepreneur, Rakesh has 30 years of rich business building experience. Having started 14 different ventures in power back up, tele-infrastructure, mobiles and accessories, purity, health and wellness, and e-mobility domains, he has seen the entire lifecycle of building companies to scale and then exiting. As Ncubate’s founder, Rakesh provides support to the entrepreneurs on strategic development, at the time of making pivotal decisions and on putting the right team together.
Vinod is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 18 years of experience in e-Commerce, Telecom, Software and services sectors. An ex-EY and PWC, he has deep domain expertise in the Risk and Business advisory services, due diligence, regulatory compliance and M&A; domains. In his last role as CFO of Jabong, Vinod oversaw the acquisition of Jabong by Flipkart, before joining Ncubate as the head of private investment operations. Vinod leads the entire operational support to Ncubate’s entrepreneur partners.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Atul Jalota has earlier worked with leading Indian business houses and a multinational investment bank, before taking up the charge at SAR Group. A professional with 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Operations, he was a co-founder of a software product company in the Telecom Billing Domain. This later grew to over 500 people and revenue of USD 30 Million within 10 years of inception, with much of its success due to him.
Anil is an Operations professional with specialization in Supply Chain and Purchasing. Anil during his career spanning 25 years has set up organizations, processes and transformed them through operational interventions/ innovations. He has worked in organizations like USHA International, Havells , Frigoglass, FIAT, Schlumberger and ONIDA.
An engineer by training, Kamakshi has diverse experience in the e-Commerce industry. Before joining the Ncubate family, Kamakshi was working on setting up the eCommerce operations of a Fortune-500 company in Singapore, post-which she joined a B2B startup, managing strategy and business development. She graduated from Georgia Tech, in the US, with a degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
